The Enchanted Garden is teaming up with the Lord Mayor’s Charitable Trust for a third year in a row.

Established in the 1950s, the Lord Mayor’s Charitable Trust has been a pillar of support for the residents of Brisbane for over 70 years. With a mission to ensure that the Brisbane of tomorrow is better than the Brisbane of today, this trust has consistently worked towards improving the wellbeing of the city’s most marginalised and vulnerable members.

Guided by a dedicated Board of Directors, including the Lady Mayoress as the Chair of the Trust, the Lord Mayor’s Charitable Trust focuses on grassroots-level initiatives to swiftly address the challenges faced by the community. Their support extends to lesser-known charities delivering projects directly to the frontline, where the impact is most immediate.

Through distributing funds, raising the profile of underfunded organisations, and fostering meaningful connections, the Lord Mayor’s Charitable Trust is a critical player in making a significant difference in the lives of Brisbane’s most disadvantaged residents. Their commitment to building a better tomorrow for the city is truly commendable.
