Ticketing Enquiries

For ticketing enquiries, please contact Oztix.

Guests who hold a Companion Card will need to have a paid ticket to The Enchanted Garden. The accompanying companion or carer can then pre-arrange their complimentary Companion Card ticket directly with Oztix via email or call Oztix on 1300 762 545.

Companion Card tickets cannot sell out.
