Roma Street Parkland is a spectacular oasis in the heart of Brisbane with designer gardens, ornamental lakes, lush lawns and walking trails set within 16 hectares of parklands. A short stroll from Brisbane’s CBD, it is a favourite destination among visitors, residents and nearby city workers for its year-round calendar of events, free barbeques, playgrounds and stunning surrounds.

Lord Mayor's Charitable Trust

For more than 60 years, the Lord Mayor’s Charitable Trust have been working to improve the wellbeing of the marginalised and the vulnerable.

The Trust provides critical grants and support to local and grassroots charities who help people dealing with Brisbane’s biggest social challenges. This includes supporting hundreds of charities who work across a range of issues including domestic violence, homelessness, illness and disability.

Importantly, every single dollar donated goes directly to these local charities so they can continue helping people in need.
